Outdoor, but not Outdoorsy - Ogden Family Photography

This is the Ward family. When I received the initial text from the mom (aka grandma), I knew we were going to create something amazing. She and I previously worked together for a professional headshot and no joke, had the best time. She was so sweet, funny, and wasn’t afraid to share her opinion… even if my “studio” for professional headshots happens to be in my garage. But in my opinion, she has the best portrait at the local clinic ;)

For her family session, she wanted something outdoor but not “outdoor”. Luckily, this great new gem in downtown Ogden met her needs and accommodated her family of 20.

The timing of her extended family session was beyond perfect. It wasn’t busy, the weather was amazing, and we had so much fun. What I particularly like about this location is that you can’t tell when we did it… was it during the dead of summer or just before Christmas? I’ll let you decide.

Extended family pictures are my absolute favorite. And when it’s with a client I already adore, it’s just bonus. Ward family, thank you so much for hiring me to take your family pictures in downtown Ogden. Your session, with all these beautiful grand babies, was icing on the cake for me! Cheers!
